Visited the clubhouse of a relative. Had some exercise in the gymnasium with Mum~ At night, taken Korean BBQ dinner with some Company A friends~ I like Korean BBQ, haha~ -

Swam for 20 laps. Went to Kwai Fong to take late dinner with Vin (50% off) afterwards~ -

Swam for 16 laps at school after work~ (First 5 laps: Around 20 mins; Laps 6 - 10: Around 15 mins; Laps 11 - 15: Around 13 mins; Last lap was a slow and relaxing lap (breaststroke + freestyle)~) -
Teas, clubhouse visit & dinner (Jul 18)~
Had morning tea with dad and mum. Went to the clubhouse of a relative with mum afterwards~ Rode on a machine (not exactly a bicycle) for 2.59 Km and rowed for 15 minutes~ Had massage for around 45 mins and some rest~ H… -
